Mechanical Engineering

mechanical-engineeringCAD has invested heavily in design tools as a key to reduce manufacturing costs, and excel in machinery and production lines quality. We are proud to be the first non‐military facility in the MENA region, to adopt Autodesk Inventor Professional, Pro‐Engineer, and Algor Simulation for machinery designs.

This enables our teams to produce complete exportable Topdown solutions including assembly interference, stress analysis, dynamic motion simulation, waste reduction, and thermo‐mechanical solutions with minimal time, and utmost accuracy.
We verify every design rigorously prior manufacturing to ensure its suitability, and functionality.
CAD also relies on scheduling, and resource planning with its partners, and suppliers to execute any project in the least possible time to maximize its efficiency.
Our mechanical engineering department’s expertise allows our engineers to rapidly design with precision achieving utmost quality at the best prices.
This translates to the best possible value-investment for our clients, and partners.

Electrical Power, and Automation Engineering

electrical engineerCAD’s Electrical Department uses complete SINAMICS drives, SIMATIC Control peripherals, WINCC software, and FIELD PG industrial laptops.

Recognized and accredited by SIEMENS, we have positioned ourselves as the leaders in Automation in the field. In 2003, CAD was the first to install a Profibus communication PLC network in the region.
We are committed to remain the front-runner solution provider for SIEMENS.
Our Electrical Department provides complete separate Automation solutions to the market, including production lines that are outside our mechanical scope based on process designs, and charts.
Automation solutions are quicker to deploy than their counterpart; mechanical systems, however require a higher degree of sophistication, and design integrity.
