Rockwool Production Lines
Rockwool supersedes Glasswool’s insulation properties. Made of Volcanic Rocks, Basalt, Rockwool can withstand higher temperatures, with lower drop in thermal insulation properties against elevated temperatures up to 700°C. In addition to its thermal insulating properties Rockwool possesses high acoustical dampening properties which make it the ideal solution for Thermo-acoustical insulation.
CAD Heavy Industries provides its clients with various technologies in Rockwool Production including Tank Furnace (Horizontal Furnace), Coke-Fired Cupola, and the latest Cupola furnace generation of technology; The GAS-Fired Cupola.
Rockwool is produced in various shapes and types mainly; panel boards, stitched mattresses, Rockwool Felt, and Pipe Section, with various densities and thicknesses. CAD Heavy Industries machinery can produce all types of Rockwool with the following ranges:
Final-end Production capacity : 250 Kg – 4 Tons / hr
Rockwool Densities : 35 – 220 Kg/m3
Rockwool Thicknesses : 30 mm – 200 mm

CAD has invested heavily in design tools as a key to reduce manufacturing costs, and excel in machinery and production lines quality. We are proud to be the first non‐military facility in the MENA region, to adopt Autodesk Inventor Professional, Pro‐Engineer, and Algor Simulation for machinery designs.
